1 cup chopped celery|
1 small pear
a little water, maybe 1/4 cup
and NOTHING else. Not even splenda.
blend it all together. DELICIOUS. HEALTHY.
Fruits and vegetables just went from a chore to a tasty snack in the 15 seconds it took to blend it all. Chewing food is for chumps, from now on I'm blending anything that came directly from the earth.
